Estos Términos y Condiciones (en adelante, «Términos») regulan el uso de la aplicación Cuadria Planner (en adelante, «la App»). Al descargar, instalar o usar la App, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
La App la ofrece Francisco Ocando, persona física que opera bajo la marca comercial Cuadria (en adelante, «nosotros» o «Cuadria»). Puedes contactarnos en hi@cuadria.xyz.
Te concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la App en tus dispositivos, conforme a estos Términos y a las normas de la tienda desde la que la descargaste. No puedes copiar, modificar, descompilar, realizar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir la App, salvo en lo que la ley permita de forma imperativa.
Cuadria Planner es una herramienta de organización personal: te ayuda a planificar tus tareas de la semana con el método Alastair. La App se proporciona como ayuda y no garantiza ningún resultado concreto ni sustituye el juicio propio ni el asesoramiento profesional (médico, legal, financiero u otro). Las decisiones que tomes a partir de la App son tu responsabilidad.
Te comprometes a usar la App conforme a la ley y a no emplearla para fines ilícitos, ni a interferir con su funcionamiento o seguridad.
Cuadria Planner está inspirado en el método de planificación creado por Alastair Johnston. Es una aplicación independiente: Cuadria no está afiliada ni respaldada por Alastair Johnston. La referencia al «método Alastair» se hace de forma descriptiva, para identificar la técnica de planificación en la que se inspira la App.
La App se apoya en servicios de terceros que se rigen por sus propios términos y políticas: MET Norway (datos del clima), Apple y Google (tiendas y pagos) y RevenueCat (gestión de la suscripción). No somos responsables de esos servicios.
Procuramos que la App funcione correctamente, pero podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones (por ejemplo, la del clima, que depende de un proveedor externo) sin que ello genere responsabilidad, en la medida que la ley lo permita.
La App se proporciona «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, salvo las que la ley imponga de forma imperativa. No garantizamos que la App esté libre de errores o interrupciones.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Cuadria no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de pérdida de datos o de oportunidades, derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App. Nada en estos Términos excluye responsabilidades que no puedan excluirse legalmente (por ejemplo, frente a consumidores).
Te comprometes a mantenernos indemnes frente a reclamaciones de terceros derivadas de un uso de la App contrario a estos Términos o a la ley.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta misma dirección con su fecha. El uso continuado de la App tras un cambio implica su aceptación.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Cualquier controversia que surja de estos Términos o de la App se resolverá mediante arbitraje administrado por el Centro Empresarial de Conciliación y Arbitraje (CEDCA), con sede en Caracas (Venezuela), conforme a su reglamento.
Lo anterior se aplica salvo que la normativa de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia disponga otra cosa: en tal caso, te asisten los derechos y los foros que esa normativa te reconozca de forma imperativa, que prevalecen sobre esta cláusula.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Cuadria Planner application (the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is offered by Francisco Ocando, a natural person operating under the trade name Cuadria (“we” or “Cuadria”). You can reach us at hi@cuadria.xyz.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on your devices, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, except as the law mandatorily allows.
Cuadria Planner is a personal organization tool: it helps you plan your weekly tasks with the Alastair method. The App is provided as an aid and does not guarantee any specific result, nor does it replace your own judgment or professional advice (medical, legal, financial or other). Decisions you make based on the App are your responsibility.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it for illegal purposes or to interfere with its operation or security.
Cuadria Planner is inspired by the planning method created by Alastair Johnston. It is an independent application: Cuadria is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alastair Johnston. The reference to the “Alastair method” is descriptive, to identify the planning technique the App is inspired by.
The App relies on third-party services governed by their own terms and policies: MET Norway (weather data), Apple and Google (stores and payments) and RevenueCat (subscription management). We are not responsible for those services.
We strive to keep the App working properly, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue features (for example, weather, which depends on an external provider) without liability, to the extent the law allows.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those the law mandatorily imposes. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuadria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally excluded (for example, towards consumers).
You agree to hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms or the law.
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version at this same address with its date. Continued use of the App after a change implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Business Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CEDCA), seated in Caracas (Venezuela), under its rules.
The above applies unless the consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise: in that case, you have the rights and forums that such law mandatorily grants you, which prevail over this clause.
